The Crew Office Services 2015 was founded in 2007 by Robert Davis, who as a veteran in the industry, lobbied for certification programs for installers. Robert was determined to set higher standards of professionalism and assembled his own team as The Crew. Now one of the Lower Mainland’s premier furniture installation companies, The Crew is proud of its hard-earned reputation for excellence, reliability, and customer responsiveness.

President

Robert has been in the Office Furniture Industry since the early 90’s. He came to BC from Ontario, and with him came his experience as a professional carpenter. He worked as an installer for various different companies, before starting his own company in 2007, which is now The Crew Office Services.

Chief Financial Officer

Debbie brought her 25 years of customer service experience, working as a Service Advisor with Ford, to The Crew Office Services in 2008. Since then, the company has grown extensively. She is hands-on in running the company side by side with her husband, Robert Davis.

Ron Chong

General Manager

Ron was brought into The Crew team in January of 2018 and brings with him over 20 years of experience. From being the project manager for some of the largest installs in the lower mainland, he has been an installer, service technician, dispatcher, project manager, general manager, and in-house IT person. And now as The Crew’s general manager, he is putting these skills to work to better our team and customer satisfaction.

Kevin brings 32 years of experience in the office furniture industry in positions ranging from installation to quotations, He knows what drives an excellent client experience. He has been actively involved in some of the largest installations and relocations in Vancouver and brings to projects both the technical knowledge and the intangibles that are gained from his experience and expertise in the office furniture field.

Brae began his journey with The Crew in early 2018 and has held the roles of a mover, dispatcher, shipper/receiver – and has now delved into the world of project coordination.  Brae strives to provide customers with a top-tier experience, from beginning to finish, 100% of the time, whether you are installing one chair or an entire building.

Dave brings to The Crew over 8 years of experience in residential and commercial moves. Many areas of the construction industry, from scaffolding, carpentry, and kitchen installations. And over 16 years in the office furniture installation industry. With his knowledge of what resources a project needs dispatching was the obvious fit.

Office Administration

Tara is our office administrator. She is responsible for answering the main phone line and assists with making the invoices for our Project Coordinators. She also takes care of some of the Project Coordinators’ requests, like ferry & hotel bookings for out-of-town work. If there is anything you need, please give her a call
