The Crew Office Services 2015 was founded in 2007 by Robert Davis, who as a veteran in the industry, lobbied for certification programs for installers. Robert was determined to set higher standards of professionalism and assembled his own team as The Crew. Now one of the Lower Mainland’s premier furniture installation companies, The Crew is proud of its hard-earned reputation for excellence, reliability, and customer responsiveness.
Meet Your Team
Robert has been in the office furniture industry since the early 90’S. He came to BC from Ontario, and with him came his experience as a professional carpenter. He worked as an installer for some of BC’s largest dealerships, before starting his own company in 2007, which is now The Crew Office Services. Wanting to change some of the things he saw in the industry he has been diligently working on all aspects of the business to try and separate The Crew from all the other installation companies. Starting with customer service, reliability, honorability and finally efficiency. His goal is to be the company that clients want to pass on to their friends and business associates. Chief Financial Officer
Debbie brought her 25 years of customer service experience, working as a Service Advisor with Ford, to The Crew Office Services in 2008. Since then, the company has grown extensively. She is hands-on in running the company side by side with her husband, Robert Davis.
Danial joined The Crew after 32 yrs. working with the Federal Government in Project Mgt. and Senior Management roles. Along with his Federal Government experience, he was a partner of his own interior design/construction mgt. firm between 1987 and 2018, initiated and built numerous businesses along with dabbling in real estate development. Along with my role as General Manager, I have taken on primary client interactions with major projects at The Crew to enhance the customer service experience to ensure projects run smoothly from initiation through to completion. While I am admittedly not a furniture installer, I “aspire” to be one day and like to work along with our crew onsite whether it is loading/unloading, staging or be an extra hand on the installation of the furniture.
Ron comes to The Crew with years of experience in office furniture. He also brings with him extensive experience in construction and computer knowledge. Starting as an installer and working through all aspects of furniture installation. Quickly moving to the front office as a dispatcher to general manager he’s done it all. One of his “claim to fame” is being the on-site project manager for the Green Timber RCMP installation of 2700+ stations and private offices.
Sean brings years of experience in the office furniture industry in positions ranging from installation to scheduling. He knows what drives an excellent client experience. He has been actively involved in numerous installations and relocations in Vancouver and brings to projects both the technical knowledge and the intangibles that are gained from his experience and expertise in the office furniture field.
Brae began his journey with The Crew in early 2018 and has held the roles of a mover, dispatcher, shipper/receiver – and has now delved into the world of project coordination. Brae strives to provide customers with a top-tier experience, from beginning to finish, 100% of the time, whether you are installing one chair or an entire building.
Warehousing / Logistics & Dispatch
Dave brings years of experience in the office furniture industry in positions ranging from installation to scheduling. He knows what drives an excellent client experience. He has been actively involved in numerous installations as a lead hand and knows first hand the importance of logistics. Getting the proper resources and deliveries is an important aspect of any installation, so Dave brings the knowledge of getting things done to his current role within The Crew.
The Crew employees 12 top installers and has access to a great pool of contractors to tackle any size project. With the talent pool that we have we can tackle any system on the market.
